7 days ago we were at a super marriage ceremony and party. A pal of ours had a stunning southern themed wedding event at his folks house. The very little chapel where they had the wedding ceremony was simply a short distance from his parent’s residence. The event was beautiful along with the bride. After the ceremony all of us got to ride in horse drawn buggies just up the road to the shindig. They decorated the whole reception in country western fashion. There have been tables set up just near the barn with little red and white checked tablecovers and individually created centerpieces. The bouquets were exclusively old-time water buckets filled with wild flowers and at every seat was tiny cowboy hats that were used as placecard holders. They really put a heap into decorating for this bash. They really had bales of hay positioned around the area and lit up the shower with little colored lights strung up everywhere. There was as well a dance floor with a bandstand for the band to perform on. Our friends had a nice rock band that was able to play simply about any sort of music you wished to hear. There was all kinds of food set up on serving tables sort of a big family banquet. They also had bbq grills going with steaks, chickens and ribs. They furthermore set up a few of the barbeques with dogs and burgers for the children. They did not skip anything for the attendees at this shindig.

The marriage and ball were both really distinctive. I was very impressed with the method they layed out this day out. We had the most excellent time yet. But finally they left to begin their honeymoon and the rest of us partied until late in the evening.
